James River Public Transit, hereinafter referred to as “JRPT” is committed to compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related regulations and statutes. JRPT assures that no person or group(s) of persons shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any and all programs, services, or activities administered by JRPT, regardless of whether those programs and activities are federally funded or not.
